Employees and contractors found to be in violation of this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, depending on the severity of the violation.

Agency Click will review this policy annually and make necessary amendments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and the continuous improvement of a respectful, inclusive environment.
12. Legal Compliance
This policy is in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination
