At Agency Click, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below:
General Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We recommend that you carefully review your subscription and service before completing your purchase.
- Subscription Fees: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Case-by-case Consideration: In certain situations, we may consider refund requests for subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. These requests will be reviewed and granted at the sole discretion of Agency Click.
Conditions for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The product or service must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns or refund requests.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Digital Products: Downloadable software, subscriptions, or services cannot be returned or refunded once accessed or used.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Any product that has been customized, personalized, or specifically tailored to your needs is not eligible for return or refund.
- Non-returnable Services: Once the service has been delivered or accessed, it is no longer refundable.
Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy
There are specific products and services that cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including:
- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
- Intimate or Sanitary Products: Products such as personal care items, hygiene products, and certain medical goods are non-returnable.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Items that show obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar items.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved for a refund:
- Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Bank Account: Double-check your bank account to confirm that the refund hasn’t been posted.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Bank Processing: Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one:

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns
As we are a software-based service, we do not have a physical address for returns. Since all products are digital, there is no need to ship anything back. If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support team directly at support@agency-click.com. We will assist you with your request and process any refunds in accordance with our policy.
Agency Partners Return and Refund Policy
For agencies that are part of the Agency Click network, please note that your own refund and return policies apply in addition to the general policy outlined above. These may differ based on agreements made between you and Agency Click or your clients. Please ensure that your customers are aware of your specific terms and conditions, and communicate them clearly at the time of purchase.
